I love it when my husband cooks! He doesn’t do it often, probably because I almost never leave the kitchen, but when he does I enjoy it very much! This is one of his dishes that I ask for probably most often. I love combination of spicy mustard and sweet potatoes. It goes well with Schweppes lemon. 😉
When I first made this dish it was an experiment and I was just using what I had in the kitchen. It turned out to be one of my favorite combinations. Sweet chili chicken, creamy mash with some texture from the carrots, light asparagus and garlicky tzaziki. It maybe sounds strange but it definitely tastes great together!
This is probably my favorite pasta dish. And that is not an easy decision to make as I love pasta in all its shapes. 🙂 But it is definitely in my top 3 with paccheri in white fish sauce and scialatielli in tomato sauce with mozzarella and basil.
