Red lentil dahl

This is one of my go to recipes that I often make during weekdays because it is easy and quick. I like to make big batch that will last for days. And then I have it with brown rice and salad, just plain yogurt or curry.

Baked beans

How beautiful are these beans?! They are filling, without meat-which is always a plus for me! They go with everything-spring green leaf salads, pickles, yogurt, bread.. As a starter or a main dish. And they taste even better after a day or two!
