This is our family recipe for healthy potato salad with olive oil, vinegar and onions. This salad is perfect to make in a big batch and have for a couple of days. It is great served warm or cold. And it goes with everything-fish, meat, cooked or fried and any green leaf salad!

Sweet potato chilli with black beans and quinoa
After much meat and too many desserts I was craving something healthy with avocado. And that something healthy turned out to be this sweet potato chill with quinoa and black beans. In combination with fresh spinach and other greens, creamy avocado and light crème fresh it tastes so good and healthy. Perfect for after holidays overeating. 😉
French salad
When we are celebrating Christmas, New years, birthdays…this salad is always on the table. It goes well with roast meat-lamb, chicken or pork. It is also a great starter to have with prosciutto, cheese and other salads. But my favorite is to have it on a piece of Serbian bread, topped with prosciutto from Njegusi and more cornishons.
